Builds and boots Mu changes on QEMU Q35 and SBSA.
Currently tested and planned for usage on mu_basecore and mu_plus.
MuPrValidation.yml- The main worfklow that builds and boots QEMU with the PR changes.MuPrValidationPost.yml- Posts results to the PR after the main workflow completes.In a workflow like mu_basecore or mu_plus, this workflow will replace the corresponding submodule in mu_tiano_platforms with incoming PR changes and report back build and boot results from mu_tiano_platforms. The current tip of the mu_tiano_platforms main branch is used for testing.
