Motivation

  • Capture and centralize the short-, mid-, and long-term platform plans for BioNXA to align engineering, product, and data workstreams.
  • Provide a concrete set of milestones and success criteria to move the project from an MVP toward a robust, observable, and adaptive learning platform.

Description

  • Add planning/PLAN_V1_MVP_STABILIZATION.md documenting immediate engineering hardening, CI/test determinism, API contract work, and short-term security and UX goals.
  • Add planning/PLAN_V2_ADVANCED_STRATEGY.md outlining the long-term strategic thesis, architecture evolution, security/SLO pillars, learning intelligence, and experimentation platform goals.
  • Add planning/PLAN_V3_UNIFIED_MILESTONES.md combining V1 and V2 into a milestone-driven program with detailed milestone scopes, deliverables, exit criteria, and branching conventions.
  • Add planning/README.md that references the new planning artifacts and gives basic guidance on usage and updating the plans.

Testing

  • No automated tests were run because this change is documentation-only; no code paths were modified.
  • Documentation review is recommended during normal PR review for content and formatting correctness.
