Matheus Lima is a Control and Automation Engineering student at UNESP, CEO of a technology startup, and a programmer with solid experience in competitive robotics. His leadership journey began at the age of 13 as a board member of the Scout Group and was solidified at 20 when he led a university outreach project dedicated to promoting robotics. He also served as vice-president of the Engineering Week and president of the César Lattes Academic Center. Today, at 22, he is a researcher at Recod.ai, the largest AI laboratory in Latin America, and a contributor to the Computational Neuro-Intelligence League in Engineering (LINCE) and the University League of Autonomous Navigation and Robotics. Runner-up at LARC 2018, champion of LARC 2019, and twice qualified for RoboCup in the Soccer LightWeight category, he combines his knowledge in electronics and hardware mechanics with strong software development skills.
