I used SDL_setenv because for some reason even tho I include stdlib and unistd gcc still throws a implicit function declaration error |

Btw after some testing I noticed my TV won't let me disable Overscan and that most of the issues related to stuff going over the screen are most likely related to that |

When testing aspect ratios I remebered to try neverball:

It works but needs fullscreen on, so I enabled it and added it as a option
I also made it so the window is not created at 800x600 and commited changes I needed to be able to build this port
Also needed devkitPro/pacman-packages#373 since jpeg turbo was trying to use Altivec and has no support for the Gekko/Broadway/Espresso paired single SIMD
