This commit increments the application version for a new release and adds the corresponding changelog file.
**Key changes:**
- **`build.gradle.kts`:**
- `versionName` updated from "3.2" to "3.3".
- `versionCode` updated from 20 to 21.
- **`fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/changelogs/21.txt`:**
- Added a new changelog file detailing the updates for version 21. The changes include an FFmpeg SDK update, various UI fixes for text overlaps and transparency, improved edge-to-edge support, and general UI polish.
