Allows reading of k weights in write_wf_nc.py from a file instead of guessing the weights based on the number of points.

Required file format:

  • columns 1-3 k points in reciprocal lattice vectors coordinates
  • column 4 corresponding k weight

We include the list of the k points explicitly to avoid mismatches between weights and points.
