Adds a 4th category of kerbals the "colonist", he can provide vessel control, repair stuff and reset experiments:

0 Reset experiments, Perform experiments in EVA, SAS and Stability 1 Repack parachutes, Lock towards prograde and retrograde 2 Repair lander legs, Lock towards normal and anti-normal 3 Repair wheels, Lock towards target, away from target, and towards maneuver
