Recently, a colleague shared shouldideploy.today. Now, that site doesn't have only negative answers, but I viewed it on a Thursday and Friday, and the overwhelming "No's" kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The vibe of "not deploying" is a tried and true trope. It was maybe funny the first time, but it's not exactly what we strive towards.
It shouldn't be scary, it shouldn't be hard, as long as the craft creates a process that builds confidence for whatever software you're writing in whatever space you're working. Deploying needs to happen frequently and safely.
