Full rewrite of platform/understand/platform_communication.mdx for DOC-1505 and DOC-1580. Replaces the old stub (VPN tunnel framing, vale off suppression) with accurate, structured content covering the egress-only agent model, agent vs proxy paths, Tailscale/DERP network path, required outbound ports, air-gapped environments, and a troubleshooting section. Accuracy fixes verified against upstream source (loft-enterprise, vcluster-pro): corrected port 10443 attribution, added the tenant cluster control plane pod TSNet connection as a note, and confirmed LOFT_USE_TAILSCALE_DERP and /derp/probe path details. Also applies style and flow improvements to how-platform-works.mdx (contractions, dangling modifier in regional endpoints paragraph). Adds DERP and TSNet to the Vale vocabulary accept list.
