Skipping the vite 6 → 8 jump for now. The build pipeline in vite.config.js uses esbuild integration and a custom JS_MODULES concatenation step; a cross-two-major jump needs hands-on testing. Dependabot has been reconfigured (commit f4b5bb6 on dev) to ignore semver-major bumps going forward. When we upgrade vite, it'll be a deliberate human-driven PR. |
