Currently the reported MTU in a RouterAdvertisment is the MTU of the network device.
This change allows this behaviour to be overridden, specifically to support omitting any MTU option, sending a specific value or the current device MTU behaviour.
This can be done by using the command line paramter: ´-mtu=#´
