Inhero MR-2 (Hardware Rev 1.x) firmware release v1.16.0

Based on MeshCore v1.16.0 (synced from upstream meshcore-dev 2026-06-13).
Asset version now tracks the MeshCore version
(scheme: hw-v).

Build envs (all verified compiling):

• Inhero_MR2_repeater_bridge_rs232 Flash 51.6% RAM 15.2%
• Inhero_MR2_sensor Flash 50.2% RAM 13.0%

(Rev 1.x).

Asset formats

For each environment:

• .uf2 — drag-and-drop onto the RAK4630/FTHR840 mass-storage
  device that appears after a double-tap on the Reset button.
• .zip — Adafruit DFU package for adafruit-nrfutil (USB serial
  upload) or Bluefruit Connect OTA.
• .hex — for J-Link / SWD or nrfutil serial flashing.

SHA256SUMS.txt lists checksums for all assets.
