Summary

  • Adds docs/ROADMAP.md with a phased 6–12 month plan covering three pillars: two-domain web presence (.dev for tech, .cc for education), note.com JA narrative content, and user-facing tools (web demo + Chrome extension)
  • Updates docs/STRATEGY.md to reflect the two-domain strategy, revised roadmap structure, and Chrome extension as a mid-term deliverable

Key decisions captured

  • spiritualintelligence.dev = technical docs, API, web demo (developers)
  • spiritualintelligence.cc = educational content, threat modelling, misconceptions (practitioners/public)
  • Web demo + Chrome extension complement each other: demo is top-of-funnel, extension is retention
  • Three phases: Foundation (months 1–3), Reach (months 4–6), Community (months 7–12)
  • Division of work: EN content + tech = Claude, JA narrative + note.com = human lead

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Introduces docs/ROADMAP.md with a 6–12 month plan across three phases
(Foundation, Reach, Community) covering the .dev/.cc domain separation,
web demo, Chrome extension, note.com launch, and contributor programme.
Updates STRATEGY.md to reflect the two-domain strategy and revised
roadmap structure.
