Keep AMD GPU pkgs+=() approach from 44 (dnf swap removed in F44), keep wine --setopt=install_weak_deps=False from stable.
Follows https://rpmfusion.org/Howto/Multimedia — swaps ffmpeg-free for the full ffmpeg and updates the @multimedia group to freeworld variants, enabling H.264/H.265 hardware decode for RPM-installed apps.
