This removes the explicit specification of the
condaenvironment ("matchmaker_env") from all Snakemake rules in both theworkflows/registration.smkandworkflows/apply_transform.smkfiles. Additionally, it removes theconfigfiledirective from the top of both workflow files.solves #54
