Allows to set editor side encoding (hooks back to the workspace setting).
Compliments the other encoding settings for server side encoding. Usually (almost always)
.dfiles and.srcfiles are encoded in the same encoding and that will be the same encoding as the one you want to open the Daedalus scripts in.
