🟦 WavePreview for Explorer — First Public Release

This is the first public preview of WavePreview for Explorer, a native Windows shell extension that brings audio preview and waveform visualization directly into Windows Explorer.

✨ What’s included

🔊 Preview Handler (initial version)
Audio preview directly in the Explorer preview pane
Play / pause
Clickable timeline
Waveform visualization (basic)
Displays:
Duration
Sample rate
Bit depth (when available)
Channels
🎧 Supported formats
WAV (PCM / float)

⚠️ Important notes

This is an early alpha release.

Stability has been a priority, but issues may still occur
Only WAV is fully supported for now
No waveform thumbnails yet
No advanced metadata (BPM, key, etc.)
UI is functional but not final
🧪 Known limitations
Large files may take a moment to display waveform
No caching yet (waveform recalculated each time)
Limited format support
Minimal settings / no configuration UI yet

🎯 Goal of this release

This version is meant to:

Validate core architecture (Preview Handler + audio engine)
Gather early feedback from users
Test stability in real-world environments
Confirm that the workflow is genuinely useful

📦 Installation
Download the installer below
Run the installer
Restart Windows Explorer (or log out/in if needed)
Enable the Preview Pane in Explorer (Alt + P)
Select a .wav file
