To create indices from sermons
- User provides a list of sermons in order
- User provides a file for each sermon with paragraphs and indexable words/phrases separated by line breaks: 1 Virgin Mary oxen 2 Holy Spirit Sin, original oxen
- Per-sermon index file created
- Indices can be combined to create book index
- Index entries can be combined (Angel and Angels; Original Sin and Sin, Original)
