This PR updates the MCP setup documentation to clearly describe where KGraph writes the VS Code stable MCP configuration on macOS, Windows, and Linux, and clarifies the scope of the --mcp setup target.
Changes:
- Replace the single macOS path note with an OS-by-OS table for VS Code stable’s user
mcp.jsonlocation. - Expand the “Other Clients” section list and clarify that
--mcptargets VS Code stable + Copilot across macOS/Windows/Linux.
