Add file dialog persistence and defaults#6
Conversation
Implement code signing and notarization
- Initialize `QSettings` in `PDF2MP3App` to store application state. - Update `select_pdf` to default to `~/Downloads` initially, and persist the last used directory for subsequent opens. - Update `convert` to default the Save MP3 dialog to the input PDF's directory, ensuring a writable default location. - This resolves issues with restricted permissions in bundled apps and improves UX.

Implemented persistent file dialog locations and smart defaults. The Open dialog now remembers the last used folder (defaulting to ~/Downloads), and the Save dialog defaults to the input PDF's location. This ensures the app always suggests a writable directory.
