- Revised enumeration reporting to avoid apparent long startup delay
- Added secondary hints when scan progress is indeterminate to clarify state
- Removed internal phase prefixing from analyze_directory_with_option to fix incorrect stacked reporting of phases like "Phase 3/3: Phase 1/3:"
- Caller (GUI) now handles phase labeling
