Create objectives/agent-os.yaml with github_stars (29%) and github_forks (14%) alongside operational metrics (success rate, completion time, escalation rate). Add lightweight bin/export_github_evidence.sh that fetches counts via gh api and writes evidence YAML + JSONL history. Fix _allowed_research_file to support tilde-expanded evidence paths so the objectives system can read external evidence. Closes #124 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
