Summary
Adds the local Codex skill directories for AI code review, frontend review, simple HTML artifacts, and migration into the dots agents skill collection. Also refreshes the existing audit frontend and audit writing skills to match the installed local versions.

Validation
Verified each copied skill directory against the local source under ~/.codex/skills with diff -qr.
