Here are some notes on how to contribute to OpenStreetMap using the OSM Task Manager.

- Make sure you have an OpenStreetMap account.
- In the OSM Tasking Manager choose the task you want to contribute to.
- Choose the square you want to map.
- Click on
Start Mapping(this will lock the tile) - Choose your editor:
- iD
- JOSM:
- Download
- Enable remote control (preferences)
- You can change background imagery to get a different satellite image. However, you might need to re-align the image.
