This comprehensive update modernizes the basic_zoom library. Key changes include:

  1. Consolidated Architecture: Both ZoomAPIClient (Sync) and AsyncZoomAPIClient (Async) now share a common BaseZoomClient and use httpx under the hood.
  2. Modern Standards: Transitioned to a src/ layout and adopted pyproject.toml for dependency management.
  3. Improved DX: Added full type hinting, Google-style docstrings, and a dedicated User resource model to separate data from HTTP logic.
  4. Robust Error Handling: Replaced generic exceptions with a specific hierarchy and implemented automatic retries for common API failures.
  5. Testing: Developed a robust test suite in tests/ utilizing pytest and respx.
  6. Documentation: Greatly expanded README.md with quick-start guides and detailed examples.
