Set up jsonlt-rust library following jsonlt-python conventions: - Rust 2021 edition with MSRV 1.70 - Features: serde (default), async, derive, wasm, full - Tooling: uv for Python linters, pnpm for Node.js linters - CI: GitHub Actions with Rust 1.70/stable/beta/nightly matrix - Security: cargo-deny and cargo-audit configuration - Pre-commit hooks via prek Includes stub implementations for Table, Record, Error, and Operations types ready for JSONLT specification implementation.

Tokio with full features doesn't support WASM (mio requires OS support).
