# 4-4-4-4 Box Breathing Tool 🌬️

A minimalist, high-contrast visual aid for **Box Breathing**, designed to help ground users during anxiety or panic attacks. 

## 🧠 What is Box Breathing?
Box breathing (also known as square breathing) is a powerful stress management technique. It is used by everyone from Navy SEALs to athletes to help regulate the autonomic nervous system.

**The Cycle:**
1. **Inhale** for 4 seconds
2. **Hold** for 4 seconds
3. **Exhale** for 4 seconds
4. **Hold** for 4 seconds
