PR Triage is an open source (MIT) tool that evaluates pull requests against six quality dimensions: issue resolution fit, implementation substance, pattern alignment, scope match, test signal, and risk flags. Each dimension is scored with specific evidence from the diff.
Unlike reputation-based filters, it reads the actual code changes to help maintainers decide which PRs deserve review time.
