Reduce noise: 1 versions PR + 1 security PR + 1 actions PR per month (was 7+ groups producing up to 9 PRs per weekly cycle). All majors ignored regardless of package (catch-all `*`), security-updates still flow through unchanged. See vault/40-reference/servers-security-deployment.md "Hands-off ≠ silent" section.
