added alterable tag names

feat: inline tag rename, fix Docker build, upgrade deps

Double-click tag name in sidebar to rename inline (Enter/Escape/blur).
Exclude test files from client tsc build to fix Docker build failure.
Remove unused IdeaMaturity import. Upgrade vite 5→6, vitest 1→3,
typescript-eslint 6→8 to resolve security alerts.

works runs locally in docker. im looking for feedback.

starter-version

a first release, right now you run it locally at localhost:3001 and work with it there.
if you have a fixed ip address you can access it from your local networks computers.
