An open-source tool to facilitate environmental inventory modelling and impact assesments for LCA practitioners. It consists in a Python code based on #brightway that creates an excel spreadsheet file that together with an user-friendly interface help to input inventory data and export it to Brightway (using the bw-excel template) and Simapro (using Simapro.CSV files thanks to CSV Maker from 2.0 LCA Consultants). The scenario generation tool can also build multiple inventories within one click. Finally, the Scores tool can also calculate life-cycle impact assesment scores of product systems, useful to assess first-tier LCA results.
- For both objectives: please make sure you store your files in a folder in your computer that is not linked to any cloud storage solution (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc). Best practice is to store it in e.g.: C:/Scores/your files (PC); /Users/yourname/Scores (Mac).

For LCI modelling only: download the LCIA Scores file and simply input your primary data, generate multiple sceanarios & export your data to Brightway and Simapro.

For LCIA modelling: download the LCIA Scores file + matrix sample file + python code. Using your ecoinvent license and within your brightway environment, run the code to be able to build the Scores matrix file. Make sure you place the matrix file in the same location as the Scores file.
