Bayesian Multidimensional Reliability

Implements the Bayesian Multidimensional Reliability analysis using Bayesrel::bomegas.

What's included:

• Scale and item-level omega tables (ω_t, ω_h) with credible intervals and point estimates
• Model fit table and latent correlations
• Posterior, trace, and posterior predictive check plots
• Dispersal prior wired through Bayesrel prior samplers
• QML interface with info fields for all controls

Fixes:

• Bi-factor model crash (param.out = TRUE → FALSE)
• Missing dependOn on point-estimate option and latentCorDf container
• Untranslated point-estimate column title

this also needs a new version of Bayesrel which has some fixes for progress bar and an array bug
