Code Review
This pull request upgrades several development dependencies in the packages/utils package and removes pnpm-lock.yaml from the .gitignore file. While the dependency upgrades for @faker-js/faker and rimraf seem fine, and tracking the lockfile is a good change, there is a critical issue with the version of @types/node.
The PR upgrades @types/node to ^25.3.0, a version that does not appear to exist on the public npm registry. This will likely break the build for anyone cloning this public repository. I've left a specific comment with a suggestion to use a valid, existing version from an LTS Node.js release line.
