Add a new project library management system for Jaculus, enabling installation, addition, and removal of libraries with dependency resolution. It adds new dependencies for package management, implements a registry system for fetching and extracting libraries, and refactors project creation and update logic into a new
Projectclass. Several new CLI commands for library management are also registered.
