Tested. This increases the horizontal extent of the "port hotzone" area when attempting to wire up one node to another. This also tints the wire a greenish hue (connection_valid_target_tint_color) when it snaps to an input or output port, to indicate a connection being formed and that this is a valid operation. This commit changes the fewest number of lines possible, with the aim of minimizing the likelihood of causing any merge conflicts, and minimizing the complexity of a merge conflicts if it triggers one. At only 3 lines, hopefully this makes accepting this PR an easy win.
