- package.json: add description, keywords, license, repository, homepage, bugs fields (mirrors GitHub topics and description). - README.md: add subtitle blockquote and badges row above the existing first paragraph. Recovers metadata wiped from working tree during a prior reset. GitHub description and topics were already set and remain unchanged.
- .gitignore: include .atl/ to ignore local skill registry files. - .atl/skill-registry.md: enhance documentation with updated scanning sources, user skills, and compact rules for agent delegation. Added new skills and clarified usage for sub-agents.
