chore: add Sponsor button (FUNDING.yml → Buy Me a Coffee)

Adds .github/FUNDING.yml so GitHub renders the Sponsor button (top of the repo + sidebar), pointing at the existing Buy Me a Coffee page. Mirrors the same file already shipped in eqswitch. Config only — no code changes.
