Description

Edit page:

• Added createdAt and updatedAt displayed as read-only text

Index page (column changes):

• Added Leantime Projekt (link icon)
• Added Serverstørrelse
• Added CS Pris
• Added Kontakt (name with mailto icon)
• Added Note (icon with hover text)
• Removed Aftale, Gyldig fra, Gyldig til, Aktiv
• Renamed CSA to CS, shortened price labels to DA Pris and CS Pris

Index page filtering:

• Default filter set to active=yes
• Added project lead filter (only workers assigned to a service agreement)

Entity changes:

• Moved cybersecurityPrice from ServiceAgreement to CybersecurityAgreement
