Add complete zh-CN localization (547 strings) based on Weblate contribution from @heretic43 (#40). App name kept as 'Simple Notes' (untranslated). Turkish whitespace-only changes excluded. Thanks to @heretic43 for the full Chinese translation via Weblate!

Thanks a lot @heretic43 for the full Chinese translation! I'm closing this PR without merging because the translation was manually integrated into v1.12.0 (with the app name kept as "Simple Notes"). The weblate-translations branch would have caused conflicts with the feature branch. The translation is live with the v1.12.0 release! |
