The RPGMakerWeb is a forum where the RPG Maker community shared information for a very long time. It is now being retired, and will face deletion, with no official plans for archiving or preserving the many insights collectively gained on the forum. To mitigate this, I will attempt to archive the forum.
The forum will soon go into read-only mode. When it does, I will attempt to scrape the messageboards and create an archive, which I will probably upload to archive.org. A secondary goal is to normalize and clean up the dump, maybe have a simple UI set up to browse the content. I will not do anything while the forum is still live. The important thing is to do things responsibly, and not cause any issues.
You can try scraping the forum, re-do the UI, or suggest any way you'd like to help. For a little while, I will not be available as I have many prior responsibilites to fulfill.
