Align Linux computer-use version

Summary:

• bump the embedded Linux computer-use crate to 0.2.10-linux-alpha1
• update the lockfile and server version string for version parity
• pair with the standalone crate update in Expose library crate modules agent-sh/computer-use-linux#35
