Add support for Ford Australia specific parsing

There is specific parsing for Ford Australia (6FP) documented online.

This implements two new variables: one to avoid the parsing of the SAE J853 for manufacturer specific data (as Ford Australia stores other details there) and another for the position to read the year from.
