The goal of microbePlot is to provide a simple, intuitive application for exploring microbial community datasets. It is written in R using the package Shiny. This web-based interface eliminates the need for local installation and ensures cross-platform support.

Within the University of Idaho network, microbePlot is available on the bioinfo-mite server. Instructions for local installation may be found here.
