This release includes many small fixes and minor improvements made between late 2014 and early 2016. Because of the large number of fixes it is being released as a "beta", but everything seems to work properly in my tests.

Version 1.1.0 with many new features, bug fixes, code clean up, and performance enhancements.

ARC v1.0.0!

ARC has gone a month since the last reported bug and has performed well on numerous projects. At this point we'd like to release a stable version 1.0 and start implementing enhancements in a development branch. This is the first stable release. It accomplishes all of the major goals that were identified during the design process.
