This PR implements the logical core of the $KIND tokenomics and the Proof of Sentience (PoSnt) consensus mechanism.

• Rust Domain Logic: Implemented KarmaSystem and RewardEngine in synapse-core to handle reward splits (10% HW, 40% Data, 50% Teacher), quality-based emissions, and Soulbound Reputation multipliers.
• Deflationary Model: Integrated 80% burn logic for service payments and reward surplus from low-karma accounts.
• Documentation: Created a detailed analysis document and a Solidity interface to guide the on-chain implementation of the protocol.
• Verification: All logic is covered by unit tests in synapse-core and verified through math simulations.
