Part of the hyperledger-firefly org migration
Updates all hyperledger/firefly-* references to hyperledger-firefly/*: module path, Go imports, ghcr image references, and repo/docs links.
Bumps the firefly-common dependency to github.com/hyperledger-firefly/common v1.6.1 (the first release at the new module path). common v1.6.1 requires Go 1.26.4, so the module/CI/Docker are aligned to it.
Upgrades to Go 1.26.4 (go.mod directive, CI go-version, and the Docker build image).
