did you test it with Youtube Videos?

I don't think so, I didn't find any other breaking issues in my testing. It's also been a while so I'm not too sure anymore.
I did not. I only tested with audio file. IIRC. |

PyChromecast had a fix in release 7.5.1 that fixes an issue with Python3.9 https://github.com/home-assistant-libs/pychromecast/releases/tag/7.5.1
