New Tools: Scene Management, Playback Position, Implicit Arm

Added 12 new MCP tools that wrap existing Remote Script handlers that previously had no MCP tool exposure.

Scene Management (10 new tools — MCP_Server/tools/scenes.py)

• create_scene — create a new scene at a given index (or at end)
• delete_scene — delete a scene by index
• duplicate_scene — duplicate a scene (inserts copy below)
• fire_scene — launch all clips in a scene row
• fire_scene_as_selected — fire a scene without moving the selection highlight
• set_scene_name — rename a scene
• set_scene_color — set scene color (0-69)
• set_scene_tempo — set or clear a scene's tempo override (20-999 BPM, or 0 to clear)
• get_scene_follow_actions — read follow action settings for a scene
• set_scene_follow_actions — configure follow actions (action types, probability, time, enabled, linked)

Session (1 new tool — MCP_Server/tools/session.py)

• set_playback_position — jump to a specific beat position in the arrangement

Tracks (1 new tool — MCP_Server/tools/tracks.py)

• set_implicit_arm — enable/disable auto-arming when a track is selected

Infrastructure

• Added duplicate_scene to NON_IDEMPOTENT_COMMANDS in connections/ableton.py
• Created MCP_Server/tools/scenes.py — new focused tool module for scene management
• Registered scenes module in MCP_Server/tools/__init__.py
