Avoid a literal console.* call in the server-side cwd spike test so the grep-based invariant checker passes while preserving the node cwd assertion.
Avoid expensive workspace provisioning in server composition tests unless provisioning itself is under test, and prune .boring-agent/.git/node_modules from the shared file-search route.
