feat: export Local Studio demo evidence

Summary

• Added Local Studio demo evidence summary/export commands.
• Generated Markdown-ready evidence from bundled Runtime, validation, problem-case, Jetson, and AIGuard demo fixtures.
• Documented CLI usage in README and README.ko.

Validation

Impact

• Makes README/PPT demo numbers reproducible without opening the browser.
• Preserves the local-first, in-memory Studio evidence scope.
• Does not add DB, queue, upload, auth, billing, or production SaaS behavior.

Notes

• Local Studio demo evidence remains in-memory and resets when the server restarts.
